This test is to help to check your stress levels. Have fun doing it.

http://www.bupa.co.uk/health_information/asp/quizzes/stress/stress.asp

My stress level:
Your score is 27
You appear to have a low level of stress, hopefully due to a relaxed attitude to life.
A low stress level can reduce your risk of heart disease and other vascular diseases later in life. But more importantly, it will increase your enjoyment of life right now.
Whether you have developed successful coping strategies for stress, or it just comes naturally to you, carry on with the good work.
If you find your stress levels rising, relaxation techniques can have tremendous benefit. It is when you feel you can least afford the time that you most need them. Common relaxation techniques include:
focussing on deep, slow relaxed breathing from your diaphragm (bottom of the lungs)
progressive muscle relaxation which means tensing and relaxing (or simply relaxing) all of the main muscle groups from toes to head in sequence
meditation, listening to relaxation tapes or relaxing music
yoga, tai chi, massage and aromatherapy.
