Exams are finally coming to an end on 8 May. Suddenly feel so relaxed right after the exam, but will not do very well this semester. Basically is no time to study and i didn't finish my AMCA paper and SQ was a mess, i think i practically write rubbish for that. Don't have any confidence in any of the papers this sem, and was so afraid of flunking them... But whatever, i shall enjoy my holidays 1st then worry later when the results date are nearing. Went for crab feast at Toa Payoh and KTV with my mates right after AMCA paper. The crab is delicious!!! But i forgot how to go there already... cos i was practically following their car to reach there. Only remember that the seafood house is called Melben.

And i wanna comment on this seafood restaurant that i went with my parents on last sat. It was a rather famous seafood restaurant at near Hougang, off Defu lane. It was called Seafood Paradise. The service totally sucks and turn all of us off. So what if u serve nice food when ur service is so sucky. We reach there at ard 7plus and everything was sold out. A seafood restaurant that runs out of crab and squid at 7 plus which is the peak time!! And the manager who came to tell us that the squid has run out after 20min when we made our order was so rude! And gave us a lame excuse and a totally ridiculous excuse that Mother's Day was the following week and they are keeping all the stock for next week. This pisses us even more.. fancy telling your customer an excuses that when most of them came down from afar and some more is the first time visit and couldn't get the food they wanted all because they wan to earn more profits during Mother's Day. In other word, the food that will be served on Mother's Day will be not fresh one cos it is a keep stock for one week. And pisses us even more when he did not even apologise for the shortage of food and the last sentence he gave us " There's nothing i can do it too" in a very rude tone. This is the very first time i had such an unhappy dining with my family. And we swear never to go back to that place to eat already. So what if your food is really nice. No services at all. We did complain that manager to the boss who came to collect the bill from us but too bad, damage had been done, and we walk off telling the boss we won't come back again.

Service is really important in maintaining your good name reputation. Please don't think that it is safe if your product/food is fantastic and you will earn profits. Please think of the intangible stuffs which could help you to achieve even greater profits in the long term.
